An Unforgettable Evening with Swedish Vikings
Foteviken
Foteviken is the only reconstructed village in the Nordic countries from the times of the Vikings. The village is situated about 20 minutes’ bus ride from Malmö. Busses will take you to the village and back to the hotel. You will arrive at the Vikings’ village around 6.30 p.m.
When arriving at Foteviken you will be welcomed by the “inhabitants” and they will guide you around their village. As the weather is likely to be cold, please bring warm clothes and shoes.
You will also be invited to a dinner where you will be served drinks and food from the Viking period. During the dinner the hosts will entertain you according to Viking traditions.
Your hosts are modern in one way – they speak English!
