Leadership for partnership working: challenges and solutions
July 27 – 29 2009
Marine Hotel, North Berwick. Scotland
Seminar Programme
The 3P Network Summer Seminar 2009 is a partnership venture between the Virtual Staff College and Virtual Staff College Scotland. The seminar aims to provide network members, ICSEI members and other interested practitioners concerned with delivering locality services to children, young people and families with the opportunity to meet, share practice and reflect.
Through this interaction it is hoped to nurture our personal support network which will, over time, provide opportunities for us to meet regularly, exchange practice and grow professionally.
Seminar theme
The summer network meetings are not conventional conferences, seminars or professional development programmes. Rather they aim to bring together a small group of colleagues in order to share practice and, through facilitated working sessions and experiential “swap shops”, reflect upon and seek solutions to the challenges currently facing them.
This year the seminar discussions will focus on exploring inter agency partnership working and the new leadership challenges which integrated working brings to those responsible for the planning and delivery of services.
