Mr. Anthony Mackay (Keynote Panel Moderator)

Anthony Mackay is CEO of the Centre for Strategic Education, Melbourne Australia. He is a Past President and Life Member of ICSEI. Anthony is Chair of the Australian Council for Educational Research and Deputy Chancellor Swinburne University, Melbourne. He is Co-Chair of the Global Education Leaders Partnership (GELP), Expert Advisor to OECD, UNESCO and Asia Society's Global Cities Education Network. Anthony is Moderator of the Annual International Summit on the Teaching Profession, the Global Education Industry Summit and debates at the World Innovation Summit of Education. 

Ms Liew Wei Li (Keynote Panel Speaker)

Ms Liew Wei Li is currently Deputy Director-General of Education (Schools) and Director of Schools at the Ministry of Education, Singapore. She began her education career as a teacher and subsequently took on leadership roles at two secondary schools in Singapore. In between her school experiences, Ms Liew worked in various Government departments, where she was involved in curriculum development, policymaking, organization development and legislative review. She now leads a team of cluster superintendents and senior officers who oversee school leadership development, validation of schools' self-assessment and data management tools for school.

Professor S. Gopinathan  (Keynote Panel Speaker)

Professor S. Gopinathan is currently an Adjunct Professor at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore and the Academic Director and Senior Adviser at the Head Foundation, an education think tank. He obtained his doctorate in comparative higher education and education policy at SUNY, Buffalo, United States. Prof Gopinathan served as Dean of the School of Education (Mar 1994 to Jun 2000) and was also the former Dean of Initial Teacher Training (Jul 2000 to Jun 2003), where he led departments that oversee leadership preparation, early childhood and special needs education, and ICT. He is the founding editor of the Singapore Journal of Education and presently serves on the International Advisory Board of the Asia Pacific Journal of Education, and co-edits the Routledge Critical Studies in Asian Education.

Associate Professor David Ng (Keynote Panel Speaker)

Associate Professor David is a key faculty member in the leadership programmes at NIE. His areas of specialization include: principalship, school leadership, curriculum management, complexity learning and learning technology such as computer simulation programming. He has taught and trained educational leaders from more than 30 countries. Associate Professor David Ng is the author of the books, "Change Leadership: Communicating, Continuing, and Consolidating Change"; and "Interactive Learning for School Leaders."" He has published book chapters and articles on leadership, complexity, innovation and change.

Dr. Adrian Wee Jin Kuah (Keynote Panel Speaker)

Dr Adrian Kuah is Senior Research Fellow and Head, Case Studies Unit at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore. His research interests include futures studies, urban governance and public policy; and complexity science. Adrian joined the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy in July 2015 to be part of the Future Ready Singapore project, a research-cum-teaching programme centred on the application of futures concepts and methodologies to public policy in complex environments. He also heads the Case Studies Unit, where he will be developing both cases as well as case writing methodologies.
